If you thought Charlestown, Rhode Island was going to be the only town hosting a seafood festival where you could find RIHI you’d be mistaken. We are very proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the Boston Seafood Festival this Sunday. Happening on the historic Boston Fish Pier, the festival will cater to all seafood lovers looking for a great time with some great people and great food. You won’t want to miss out on this event, especially the chef demonstrations from some of New England’s more notable culinary artists. Have you ever wondered how to whip up some Red Snapper Tartare? How about some Blood Clam Ceviche? Granted the second option might not initially whet your appetite, but I’ve been promised the ceviche is amazing—despite the colorful imagery the name may produce. For those of you who like a little friendly competition served with your steamers, you will want to enter either the shucking challenge or the fish cutting contest—both of which sound rather spirited.
