Three Generations of Community and Caring
When our founder—Tony Aurgemma—started RIHI in 1949 he had more than a home improvement company in mind. He viewed homeowners as friends and neighbors, not simply as customers. Tony’s passion for home remodeling was driven by a vision that he could transform any ordinary house into warm and inviting home. He wanted to give his customers—his friends–the peace of mind and pride that a beautiful home can bring to a whole family.
Today, Tony’s sons John and Anthony still embrace the sense of community and the importance of giving back to all those who have, and continue, to support RIHI. Over the last 72 years, we’ve made countless friends and life-long customers which is something our entire team embraces and appreciates every single day.
So moved by the positive impact RIHI has had on so many individuals throughout New England, John and Anthony created RIHI Cares to carry on the legacy of giving back and improving the lives of others. Since its launch, we have been involved in a variety of charitable efforts including Toys-For-Tots, Gloria Gemma Cancer Walks, and Habitat for Humanity. Every year we also look forward to supporting the numerous community events and festivals throughout New England.
