We had them visit to give us a quote for replacing our tub/shower with a kohler luxstone shower system. So far this team of Mark and Antonio have been kind , respectful and responsive and have answered my questions quickly. I feel the company has a good story about what they do, and We respect the time and energy they are putting into helping us figure this out. We've put a small deposit down, The quote seemed reasonable, and the old shower is 20 years old, so it's time to move on. We are excited to see how the project goes.

We did a bathroom shower replacement evaluation with Tony. He was very professional, and clearly knew his products, company, and customer concerns. We were able to go through remotely (using Microsoft Teams app) a detailed evaluation and get a quote from him on all of the work. We have not decided yet when we will do the remodel but RIHI looks like they provide a high-quality service with excellent materials.

RIHI did a great job converting my bathtub to a stand up shower. It looks great and love it. The owners John and Anthony are super responsive and they made sure that I received the bathroom that I would enjoy for a very long time. I would not hesitate to use them again for another project.
