As we strive to maintain our close relationship with the communities we serve, RIHI will be enjoying this weekend at three separate events. This particular weekend promises to be special in that we will have a presence in all three states we service (Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut), not to mention we will be making our first visit to each of the following events. Whether you’re heading to the Ledyard County Fair, the Rhode Island Seafood Festival, or the 88th Annual Italian Feast of the Healing Saints Cosmas and Damien, you’ll be sure to find us there, entering homeowners into our $15,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes over some of the best food New England has to offer.
RI Seafood Festival
Set on the banks of the Providence River tucked away in scenic India Point Park, the Rhode Island Seafood Festival boasts some of the best seafood in Southern New England. Restaurants, food distributors, and local wineries will all be present. With live music, artists, and RIHI there will be something for everyone as you enjoy some great food, drink, and discussions centering on how replacement windows can save you money this winter.
Ledyard Fair
For those of you who might be feeling a little more “earthy” this weekend, we’d like to invite you to meet us at the Ledyard Fair. While we’ll be sharing how Protec siding could reinvigorate your home’s curb appeal, there will be numerous competitions taking place. The Ledyard Fair will be crowning the town’s finest goats, sheep, horses, rabbits, and guinea pigs. How many opportunities will you get to tell people you experienced a Guinea Pig Pageant?
88th Annual Italian Feast of the Healing Saints Cosmas and Damian
Now, we are definitely looking forward to this one! The streets of Cambridge, Massachusetts will be alive with the sights, sounds, and scents of Italy as old-world culture floods Gaeta Square. The combination of sweet Italian sausage, the tones of a Frank Sinatra cover artist and our display of Cambridge roofing shingles will guarantee a great weekend for all. We’d also like to challenge anyone to stand alongside us in the highly anticipated cannoli eating contest.
