Raining cats and dogs (and shingles)
We’re looking forward to a great weekend as we prepare for the Fall Home and the Pet Show, both of which will be taking place at the Rhode Island Convention Center. We’ll hope to see you all there, as we will certainly be sharing information regarding our latest Protec products including siding, replacement windows, and roofing—not to mention a few pictures of some of our favorite canine and feline family members.
The Fall Home Show
Each fall over the past six years, we’ve enjoyed meeting a parade of homeowners looking to improve their homes before the harsh reality of winter greets us. While hope may spring eternal during the warmer months, autumn usually breeds panic as people begin to realize that the window—pardon the pun—of opportunity to complete home improvement projects is closing. For those of you looking to get in those last minute upgrades, the Fall Home Show is the perfect venue for you.
There’ll be a wide variety of exhibits and presentations to absorb during the home show. Try your luck and enter to win $1000 worth of heating oil after enjoying Paul Split’s demonstrating how to increase your gardening skills. Once you leave our booth after taking a glance at our Stradivarius cabinet refacing system don’t forget to say “hi” to the New England Patriot cheerleaders and wish them luck on their plane ride to Indianapolis.
Pet Show 2014
When we discuss the upcoming weekend events you’ll normally notice our RIHI Remote Team is scattered throughout the southern New England landscape. As fate would dictate, this weekend finds both our shows right across the hallway from one another. While one set of our crew will immersed in the home show, others will be entertaining people at the Rhode Island Pet Show. Always one of the most fun events in which we participate, the Pet Show offers everything from obedience training and acrobatic shows—not to mention a petting zoo for the kids. Just remember—when visiting our booth and our Protec replacement window showcase–please do not feed the help.
