Now that I have your attention, since it seems you can drive the masses wild with giddy excitement just by adding the words Pumpkin Spice in front of anything. We’re spreading our RIHI Remote Team rather thin this weekend as we visit five separate events. Fall tends to not only bring out everything pumpkin-spiced, but also a battalion of autumnal flavored festivals for us to partake in. Listed not in any specific order you’ll find us at the Misquamicut Fall Festival, Brookline Day, the 29th Annual Johnston Apple Fest, and the Burrillville Arts & Crafts Fair. Aside from these fall-themed shows we are also involved with one of the most important events we’ve done so far, which is the Fall Festival to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Like so many people, our RIHI family was dealt a devastating loss when Leukemia took one of our most beloved team members three years ago, so participating in this event will be both an honor and a privilege. Please stop by the Kelly Gazzerro VWF in Cranston on Saturday to help us celebrate those have been lost to this terrible disease, as well as the brave people currently battling—and beating—it.
With the balance of this weekend’s shows being self-explanatory—The Apple Festival in Johnston for example—we’ll probe a little more into what to expect at The Misquamicut Fall Festival. Rhode Island’s southern coastline skirting the Atlantic comes alive this weekend with the spirit of carnival. In fact, I was very intrigued once I noticed that Natalie Merchant and her 10,000 Maniacs would be closing the main stage on Saturday night. Actually, Natalie probably considers herself one of the 10,000, so I suppose I should say “Natalie Merchant and her 9,999 Maniacs.”
Regardless of which event you run into us at over the next three days you’ll want to explore our Protec siding samples. You’ll marvel at the true-milled cedar grain finish that is impervious to peeling, chipping, rotting, or denting. Our remote team will show you how easy it is to transform your home into one that is almost completely maintenance free.
Grab a pumpkin latte, your favorite scarf, and come out and enjoy the fresh fall air at any one of the handful of festivals listed above. If, however, you’d rather chat on the phone with us—you can always reach us at 401-739-1001.
