RIHI, The Home Improvement Specialists are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to join our growing team in Warwick. Since 1949 RIHI has been successfully providing New England homeowners with the highest quality improvements from windows and roofs to siding, baths, and kitchen remodels.

Now is your chance to join a fun and winning team in one of our key positions as a Field Canvasser!  Successful RIHI canvassers can earn over $20/hour ($15 base pay + Bonus). Current team members are typically earning $18-$20/hour including bonus.

What you’ll be doing:

• Visiting neighborhoods, knocking on doors and strike up a conversation with homeowners.
• Promote RIHI in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
• Appointment setting with homeowners for an in-home visit with a RIHI Sales Consultant.
• Use a mobile phone or tablet to enter and track homeowner leads.
• Keeping accurate, detailed, and ongoing records.

Personal Qualities:

• Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality…no wall flowers.
• Resilient and enthusiastic.
• Disciplined and organized.
• Adaptable and a desire for ongoing learning/training.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred.
