Field Canvasser
The Field Canvasser position is a key role to help RIHI grow our business in local communities. By going door-to-door you will be creating the homeowner’s first impression of RIHI The Home Improvement Specialist. This role is vital to our continued success and growth in the markets we serve.
Now is your chance to join a fun and winning team in one of our key positions as a Field Canvasser! Successful RIHI canvassers can earn over $20/hour ($15 base pay + Bonus). Current team members are typically earning $18-$20/hour including bonus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting neighborhoods, knocking on doors and strike up a conversation with homeowners.
- Promote RIHI in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
- Appointment setting with homeowners for an in-home visit with a RIHI Sales Consultant.
- Use a mobile phone or tablet to enter and track homeowner leads.
- Keeping accurate, detailed, and ongoing records.
Personal Qualities:
- Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality…no wall flowers.
- Resilient and enthusiastic.
- Disciplined and organized.
- Adaptable and a desire for ongoing learning/training.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred.

Lead Generator
The Lead Generator position is one of the most important roles on the RIHI Team as you represent our company to the public. In this role you’ll be getting consumers excited about the RIHI brand, discussing their next home improvement project, and informing them how RIHI is the ideal solution for their home improvement.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Promoting our top-quality products and services
- Participation in ongoing training meetings as required
- Scheduling prospective customers for a no-cost consultation with a RIHI product specialist
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and confidence
- Friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to answer simple questions
- Comfortable on your feet for several hours at a time
- Previous experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Weekend availability is a must
- Transportation required
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Call Center Specialist
The Call Center Specialist is vital RIHI role as you’ll focus on scheduling homeowners with free estimates for all of our home improvement services. This telemarketing position is essential to creating the best possible experience for our customers and prospects, and to schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
We are currently looking to add Call Center Specialists to our team in Warwick, RI. The primary responsibility of our call center team members is to schedule homeowners for a free, no-obligation estimate for any of RIHI’s home improvement services. A background in Telemarketing, Inside Sales or Customer Service is ideal experience for this position.
Your Primary Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for generating and scheduling highly qualified in-home appointments by engaging homeowners with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
- Greet and engage each homeowner over the phone in a professional manner.
- Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Speak with each homeowner and prospect in a polite, professional manner.
- Follow approved scripting and communication method delivery set by Team Leader.
- Possess a cooperative attitude and willingness to accept constructive criticism.
- Strict adherence to the work schedule is essential.
- Ability to respond appropriately to homeowners’ concerns or objections.
- Strive to attain performance goals set by the Team Leader.
- Report hours worked and set appointments as needed to Team Leader.
- Observe RIHI dress code guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- This position is on-site at RIHI in Warwick, RI
Income and Benefits
- Job Type: Part-time, Monday – Thursday 4pm to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Pay: $15.00 per hour plus bonus!
